We have helped Florida families finance manufactured homes since 2007. As a mortgage broker, we work with multiple lending partners, so a scenario one lender declines may still qualify with another.
We specialize in the programs many lenders decline: single-wide homes, homes on leased land and in parks (chattel financing), co-op and resident-owned community share loans, land-home packages, and FHA, VA, USDA and conventional financing for manufactured homes. Manual underwriting is available on select FHA, VA, USDA and conventional programs. All loans are subject to credit approval and lender underwriting; no approval is implied until underwriting.
