This allows us to have a much lower overhead on one of the largest sales and service centers in Iowa, which in turn offers homeowners the largest selection of factory built Modular and Manufactured homes at the lowest prices possible. Here we are equipped with a 22,000 square foot service and parts facility to provide top quality service and repairs by professionally trained employees.
