Our private community is located in Loganville in Walton County. We offer affordable living at its best, with garbage all included in the monthly lot rent. There are wonderful school systems zoned for our community.
While we rent the lots, WE DO NOT RENT MOBILE HOMES for short periods of time, say a year or two. The homes are only FOR SALE, either by cash purchase, with a bank loan, or sometimes with a long-term lease & purchase option.
