Your California Privacy Rights

This policy applies to our three related websites: ManufacturedHomes.com, ModularHomes.com and ManufacturedHomeLoans.com (collectively, referred to in this policy as the Websites.


If you are a California resident, California law may permit you to “opt out” of the “sale” of your “personal information” to “third parties” (as those terms are defined in the California Online Privacy Protection Act). Our Privacy Policy describes the limited circumstances in which we may share your information with third-parties outside the Websites. Our Privacy Policy also provides you with certain controls and choices regarding our collection, use, and sharing of your information.


Via a form provided to you on the Website, we only collect your name, phone number and email address, which you voluntarily fill-out.


If you are a California resident, California law permits you to make requests of the Websites about categories and specific pieces of personal information we maintain about you, as well as to request us to delete personal information we maintain about you. If you are a California resident, California law permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by the Websites to third-parties for the third-parties’ direct marketing purposes. California Do Not Track Disclosures

The Websites do not track its site visitors over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third-party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, your browser may allow you to set the DNT signal on your browser so that third-parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. The Websites, and our products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

The Privacy Policy for the Websites was adopted in January 2013 and was amended in March, 2020.
