We review the Kit Home Builders West “Golden State 3016”
This Model 3016 in the Golden State Series built by Kit Homebuilders West of Caldwell Idaho features a large living room with an open concept design. This floor plan layout is ideal for entertaining or family gatherings. The living area features a large window that provides plenty of natural light.
The walk-up bar height countertop is incorporated into a large island kitchen that provides a unique divide between kitchen and the living areas. Perfect as a breakfast bar or for chatting with guest while preparing for a meal this bar can accommodate up to 4 bar stools.
As we entered the kitchen we were impressed by the volume of cabinet space in this efficiently designed kitchen. Any chef would appreciate the abundance of countertop space that was highlighted by a bar sink in the island. The kitchen pantry is adorned with shelves from top to bottom that provide additional kitchen storage.
When we entered the master bedroom suite with quickly noticed the 3 large windows that would be perfect for a front door side view property. The master suite is a large open room that offers multiple furniture configurations. The over sized walk in closet offers direct access to the master bathroom that could be better described as a master retreat. Dual Sinks, ample space for a separate tub and shower, and the private toilet highlight this bathroom.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the opposite side of the home with the guest bath and utility room. Bedroom 2 and 3 are large rooms that feature ample closets space and can also accommodate several furnishing configurations.
The large utility room features a large broom closet and yet still has space for a linen cabinet, a laundry tub or both. The front door side location would be ideal for a breezeway or a connecting directly to a garage.
Overall this home packs a lot of punch in just over 2,000 square feet. Every room felt very large and we were blown away by the amount of storage space. We are always impressed by Kit ability to customize the home plan to meet the needs of just about any home buyers. If you are looking for a manufactured home for sale with a split bedroom open design then this home is a must see.
