2018 Tunica Manufactured Housing Show Offers Sneak Peek At Seminar Agenda
The Tunica Manufactured Housing Show is the Southeast’s premier event for manufactured housing professionals. The 2018 show presents an opportunity to witness the latest industry trends, participate in informative seminars, and network with colleagues. Attendees will also get a chance tour the newest model homes from the region’s leading manufactured home builders.
Tunica is the largest trade show for professionals in the manufactured housing industry. The 2018 Tunica Manufactured Housing Show has released a preview of its seminar agenda for the March 20-22 event.
More than 2,000 manufactured housing professionals, including exhibitors, vendors, and presenters will be in attendance at Tunica. What’s more, manufacturers will exhibit 70 of their latest and greatest manufactured homes.
Following are some highlights from the 2018 Tunica Show seminar schedule:
- Paul Barretto, Senior Product Manager for Fannie Mae, will present on the organization’s role in the secondary market. His presentation will provide insight on market challenges, and also provide an update on “Duty to Serve” initiatives.
- Darren Krolewski, Executive Vice President of Marketing & Business Development for MHVillage/Datacomp, will discuss “Social Media Magic.” He will explain how to obtain higher conversion rates via your website to gain 100% higher lead-to-close rates. Krolewski will also demonstrate how to take advantage of mobile dominance with smartphone and tablet strategies.
- Consultant Ken Corbin will detail “America’s #1 Sales Program,” with tips and tactics on how to increase home sales. Corbin’s presentation will illustrate how professionals can to easily follow up with customers and triple their pipeline of prospects. He will also explain how industry professionals can sell more with increased margins.
Tunica 2018 will boast a full schedule of business-building seminars conducted by knowledgeable experts on sales and business operations. Home design trends, consumer financing, and more will be available to show attendees in late fall.
Tunica 2018 Shaping Up To Be Biggest, Best Show Yet
The Tunica pre-show kicks off March 19th with its inaugural golf outing at Rivers Bend Links Golf Course. The beautiful course is just a short walk from the Hollywood & Resorts Casinos, the locations of the show. With more exhibits, vendors, and seminars than ever before, this year’s show is sure to set a new standard.
Show organizers restrict attendance at Tunica to manufactured housing professionals. The show’s purpose is to keep industry professionals up to date with the latest industry trends, forecasts, and strategies.
This year, organizers have moved the show forward a day from previous years. As a result, attendees of this year’s event will be able to return home for the weekend easily. Organizers have also moved Tunica 2018 earlier in the month, to accommodate industry professionals responsible for month-end financials.
The upcoming Tunica Show will represent in excess of 500 companies. In fact, the show is the most significant trade event in a multi-state region, and attracts attendees nationwide. These attendees include a range of professionals, including manufactured home community owners and managers, retailers, installers, and builder/developers.
