Founded in Lexington, Mississippi in August of 2004, Lexington Homes, Inc. is a builder of HUD Code Manufactured Housing. The company was started by individuals who have many years of experience in the industry including production, wholesale and retail sales, and retail financing. Their purpose in founding the company was to provide quality built homes at an affordable price point, and also to create fulfilling employment for the area’s workforce. The company produces both single and multi section HUD homes and has also built HUD and Modular homes for the Federal Emergency Management Agency as well as for the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency. Lexington Homes has been cited for their quick response in providing housing for hurricane victims as well as being named “Manufacturer of The Year” by the Mississippi Manufactured Housing Association.
