Grand Park / GPS-100

The Grand Park / GPS-100 built by Champion Home Builders is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom park model home with 399 square feet on a 34-foot frame. Ceiling fans cool both the bedroom and living room, and a corner tile shower makes the most of the compact bathroom. A loft tucked above the stairwell adds bonus storage or sleeping space, and the floor plan can be built with an optional patio door off the bedroom, an optional stacked washer/dryer, and an optional 8-foot covered porch for even more outdoor living space.
