Originally conventional builders, Vic and Pat recognized the time and cost benefits of modular and manufactured home construction. They transitioned to modular and manufactured homes in 1994 after having done conventional construction for more than 2 decades. Now, Fecteau homes deals in mobile homes, modular homes, and pre-owned manufactured and mobile homes, from their offices in central Vermont. During the winter months they still do on-site construction with their condominium and development projects throughout Central Vermont.
